Our standard rate includes accommodation for 2 adult guests only. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 6 total) will incur a charge of $85.00 per person, per night.

Our kitchen includes: Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishes, Cutlery, Glassware, Pots and Pans, Dishwasher, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, and other basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper.
A highchair is available upon request.

Additional cleaning charges may apply if additional bedrooms/beds are used in excess of the number of persons staying. E.g. a booking for two people and the use of three or four beds will face an additional bed fee of $75.00 per bed.
Please leave the house as you found it. Unreasonably untidy or unclean will incur additional cleaning fee $100.

11. Lost keys will incur a lock replacement charge of $200.00 as door locks have to be replaced.
12. Please leave the house as you found it. Unreasonably untidy or unclean will incur additional cleaning fee $100.
13. Do not light fires anywhere on the property. Fires are banned.
14. Stay off the rock walls. Rocks may move and cause injury
15. Do not clean fish inside the house or on the BBQ. A fish filleting station is available upon request.
16. There is no facility to charge Electric Vehicles. There are free charging stations in Kerikeri and Waipapa.
17. Crypto mining or similar is prohibited.
