Our home offers two lounges, 1 with a 65” HDTV with Chromcast. The second lounge is a more quiet space with an office desk.

Our kitchen includes: Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishes, Cutlery, Glassware, Pots and Pans, Dishwasher, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, and other basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper.
A highchair is available upon request.

Additional cleaning charges may apply if additional bedrooms/beds are used in excess of the number of persons staying. E.g. a booking for two people and the use of three or four beds will face an additional bed fee of $75.00 per bed.
Please leave the house as you found it. Unreasonably untidy or unclean will incur additional cleaning fee $100.

Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.

2. Please no smoking anywhere on the property. No vaping inside the House.
3. Maximum of six guests only.
4. No pets. Kiwi live in our bush please do not bring your animals or visitor animals to our place.
5. No Parties.
6. Please place all sanitary items in the bins provided beside the toilets. Damage to the wastewater system will be charged to guests.
7. Damage to property, breakages or theft will be charged to guest.
8. Self check in is by Key safe.
9. Lost keys will incur a lock replacement charge of $200.00 as door locks have to be replaced.
10. Please leave the house as you found it. Unreasonably untidy or unclean will incur additional cleaning fee $100.
11. Do not light fires anywhere on the property. Fires are banned.
12. Stay off the rock walls. Rocks may move and cause injury
13. Do not clean fish inside the house or on the BBQ. A fish filleting station is available upon request.
14. There is no facility to charge Electric Vehicles. There are free charging stations in Kerikeri and Waipapa.
15. Crypto mining or similar is prohibited.
